My computer can’t find ZowieBox at NDI tool, what should I do?

1. Check whether the computer can log into the ZowieBox Web console.
2. Please close the VPN and other related software.
3. Please check whether the computer is using a private network or a public network, and check whether the all the NDI software is allowed to pass in “Allow an app through firewall”.
