How do I fix the no signal problem when capturing a 4KP60 video from PS5?

 Please connect the HDMI output signal of PS5 directly to the screen, enter the PS5 system settings interface and turn off HDCP in the HDMI settings.

 Enter the PS5 system settings interface, click Screen and Video, and switch the resolution to 1080p in the Video Output.

And turn off the Deep Color Output.

It is recommended to turn off the PS5, plug the HDMI output signal source into the ZowieBox HDMI in, plug the ZowieBox output signal to the screen, and then turn on the PS5.

Log in to the ZowieBox web console, click Setting->Video ->Output, and switch the output to loop out and click Save.
