With application software WinPVR, it allows the user to watch, control and record video and TV, to capture full D1 720×576 quality video in MPEG-2 video format from camcorders, VHS tapes, DV cameras and any other analog video. It is the world’s first single chip, next generation USB TV Box with VCD/DVD real-time encoder. It also supports network video stream for Internet video chatting. It is a compact design with aluminum sandblasted housing. Third party software bundle, like Ulead and InterVideo, is optional.
