It allows the user to capture full D1 quality video in MPEG-1, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 video format. It can also actually record Video to DVD or VCD. PCI ezDVD Card offers three encoding formats, MPEG-1 for VCD, MPEG-2 for SVCD or DVD.
