USB PVR II

Zowietek's USB-PVR II is a very high quality, low cost, world first and smallest external USB bus-power hardware MPEG-1/MPEG-2/MPEG-4 encoder with an integrated on board TV tuner and optional FM tuner. It connects to PC via USB interface. The PC application software allows the user to watch TV, to capture full D1 quality video in MPEG-1, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 video format.
