WinPVR 3, the new version of PCTVR, is released

Shanghai, 2005 – Zowietek Electronics, Ltd., the multi-media and network video product supplier in China, has announced WinPVR 3, the new version of PCTVR. It is Zowietek's latest version of software to watch and record TV/Video on PC. It is a TV viewing and fastest recording solution for Person Video Recorder(PVR). It can convert VHS tapes, DV or Video CD to MPEG-4/2/1 format. In addition to recording TV programs on a PC hard drive for future viewing, it also provides time-shifting options that allow users to skip commercials, pause and replay live TV.
